  • While best practice is to bring your own mat, mat towel, bath towel and hand towels, if you happen to forget or do not have a mat or towel, we are happy to rent or sell you one.

PLEASE NOTE: Foam mats are no longer allowed in the hot room.

  • Foam mats can damage the flooring, so they are not permitted. If you have questions about approved mats or need guidance on purchasing the right one, please reach out. We're here to help you choose the best option for your practice.

  • Please respect our 12South neighbors by avoiding parking in their designated lots. Violators will be towed.

  • Please refrain from parking in alleyways to ensure both your safety and compliance with local regulations.

  • Please do not use mats from the Lost & Found without permission. Bringing your own mat ensures a hygienic and personal practice.

  • Pre-register on MindBody to secure your spot. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Phones are not permitted in the hot room. Please store them in your car or locker before class.

  • Respect the silence and solitude of the hot room. Save conversations for downstairs or after class.

  • Wait on the stairs while we clean the hot room. Your patience ensures a sanitary environment.

  • Carry a bag for soiled clothes to maintain cleanliness in the studio.

  • Showers are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not leave personal items to save a spot.

  • If you need to leave before the end of class, please notify your teacher before class begins.

  • Please stay home if you're feeling unwell or have been in close contact with someone who is sick.

  • We have always been meticulous about our cleaning procedures and have increased our deep cleaning protocols to keep our students and staff safe. The studio is professionally deep cleaned every night and our staff disinfects and cleans between classes.

FAQ

  • please take a moment to go over our house rules

New to the studio? Need a refresher? Please take a few minutes to look over our House Rules, Policies + Procedures HERE.

  • When should i arrive for my class?

Fahrenheit Yoga opens 15 minutes before each class. If it's your first visit, we recommend arriving right when the doors open so we can give you a tour and help you feel at home.

  • What if I'm running late?

We lock our doors when class starts. Please allow yourself enough time to find parking, check in, and get ready to avoid being locked out.

  • I'm new here, which classes are appropriate for beginners?

Every class at Fahrenheit is designed for all levels, from first-time yogis to seasoned practitioners. Beginners will feel right at home, while experienced yogis will find the classes challenging. We recommend trying a variety of classes!

  • what if i'm not flexible?

You don't need to be flexible to start! Consistent practice and the heat will gradually improve your flexibility. Be patient and kind to yourself, and you'll notice progress over time.

  • what if i have an injury or a medical condition?

Please inform us about any injuries or medical conditions. Our teachers are knowledgeable about anatomy and can suggest safe variations for poses. Your safety is our priority.

  • how should i prepare for class?

You will be sweating a lot, so please hydrate well before class. Avoid eating a large meal beforehand—a full belly isn't ideal for yoga. If you're new to Fahrenheit, arrive when the doors open (15 minutes before class) to tour the facility, meet your teacher, set up your mat, and get acquainted with fellow students.

  • What do i need to bring to class?

Bring your yoga mat, water, and two large towels. If you forget, we have mats and towels available for rent or purchase. You may also want to bring a change of clothes as you'll be very sweaty. Our locker rooms are equipped with lockers and showers.

Please note, we no longer allow poorly constructed yoga mats in the hot room as they affect your practice and ruin our floors. Please see someone at the front desk for our suggestions.

  • How will i know about changes to the schedule?

You'll be the first to know! We update our website and send out emails with any schedule changes. We also announce changes in class and post updates on our social media channels. To stay informed, please ensure you've selected all email correspondence options in your MindBody account and saved info@fahrenheityogastudio.com to your address book to avoid missing these emails.

  • how often should i come?

Come as often as you can! Practicing daily is the quickest way to transform your body, mind, and soul. The more you practice, the better you'll feel and the faster you'll see the benefits.

  • what can i expect the next day?

You’re gonna be sore. Like the good kind of sore. Basically, you will be living your best life. Make sure you drink a lot of water before and after class.

  • how long is each class?

Classes are 40, 60, 75, or 90 minutes long. Check out our class descriptions HERE.

  • What should i wear?

    Comfortable athletic gear.

  • What if i'm pregnant?

For your and your baby's safety, please consult your doctor before starting or continuing yoga.

Let’s just say our state-of-the-art infrared heat panels are dialed in to perfectly match each class format, ensuring a comfortable and effective experience.

  • will i lose weight?

Yes! Our classes provide an excellent cardiovascular workout, helping you sweat and burn calories. With consistent practice and a balanced diet, you'll see positive changes in your body.

  • Do you have a minimum age requirement?

Yes, with the exception of Kid’s Yoga, the minimum age requirement to practice in the hot room is 16. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent to sign a consent form for you to practice at Fahrenheit.

  • Do you have showers?

Yes! We have luxurious showers available in our men’s and women’s locker rooms, complete with vanities and toiletries.

  • Do I need to preregister for class?
