There are no breaks between postures, and some postures will only have one set, maximizing your time on the mat.

  • Red Hot Sculpt Express is a 40-minute version of our Sculpt class. Get a high-energy, full-body workout that combines breath-to-movement Vinyasa with weighted dumbbells, all in a shorter, more intense session.
